Day 2 of my 30 paintings in 30 days. This gorgeous Peacock strutted about as though the entire Calgary zoo was his to command. It's hard not to take him seriously when he is so stern looking! The clear blues and greens and the pattern in his huge tail are one of natures most gorgeous displays. This acrylic painting is on a 12"x12" cradled birch panel. Enjoy!
